Appointment Policies
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. You will be asked to fill out an intake form to provide your information regarding your health history.
24-hours notice is required for all cancellations or reschedule. Clients who are unable to provide this notice will be charged the full amount for their session or forfeit your gift certificate (whichever applies). Additionally, any “no show” is subject to being charged the full fee for your service. If a client arrives late to a session they will receive treatment during the remaining time and will have to pay for the full session.
It is our policy to only confirm an appointment for new clients on their first visit. If you require a reminder call the day before your scheduled appointment, please let us know.
Paying for your session
Payments can be made in cash or check only and are due at the time of your appointment.
